Heroes are all around us. They are people, like us, but only they’ve already made their stand by making a difference in the world. They act with responsibility, and tries to keep evil oppisite from good at bay. They spend their own free time helping in wich we call volunteering. They even risk their lives, put them on the line, to try to save the lives of others. A hero is trustworthy, they like the people around them and so do they. Anyone can be a hero, you just need the right place and time.

Salutations former King goers, this is Kate.
As said in previous messages from other students, I also will return to visit King, but unfortunately next year I will only see those of you who have chosen Casco Bay as your high school.

Hello, this is Katie,
I would Just like to say that I will come back to visit you! And as always, Mary (Read) rules, sea dogs drool. No i miss you all and I hope that you are sticking strong to help change the world like your heroes! Because if you don’t, somebody else probably won’t. So pick up your trash and plant a tree. see all you “mature”, “responsible” young “people” at school next year. Some times I crack my self up!!!!

A hero to me is someone who is selfless, has perseverance, and is determined. I think a hero is someone who trys to make a difference in the world and enjoys doing so. I dont think that everyday people can randomly just think oh I want to be a hero and they are I think that its something that you would have to gradually work on. I think everyday people would have to start by learning how to put others before themselves, trying to focus on their goals and never giving up on what they believe. My ideas of a hero has changed dramitically since the beginning of the expedition. When Mr. Gervais first told me that we were going to do an expedtion about our heros I thought Jennifer Lopez or Mark Whalberg but later on in the expedition I learned that its not about famous people that you like or think is super hot I learned that its what you do to try to make our world a better place . I really liked putting the all the papers on the trifold and decorating it . I also liked finishing it and seeing how it looked.

1. I think a hero is someone who fights for what they think is right and never give up. I also think a hero is someone who has bravery, compassion, determination, courage, and dedication.
2. An everyday person can become a hero by making a difference and standing up for their beleifs.
3. My opinions about heroes didn’t change after doing this expedition but they did increase. What I mean by that is that after researching my hero and hearing about other peoples heroes it made me think more about what a hero is so now I just have more reasons of what I think a hero is.
4. The most memorable part of this expedition for me was making the trifolds. I think that because you got to have fun and be creative .

1. I think a hero is someone who fights for what they believe in no matter what other peole might think.Who trys to make a world a better place and went through a lot of challenges to get there. Heroes can also be anyone. It can be you, me even our familys and friends.
2. People can become heroes in all sorts of ways. They can save someones life, help someone out in need, or just be yourself. Also standing up for your belief.
3. My idea’s about heroes havent really changed that much. But i have learned a lot of new heroes while doing this expedition.
4. The most memoral thing that i will remember was that it was a lot of research. It was fun doing this expedition.=)
